Patcher - "eso has stopped working".

I was able to play in the beta.
I fully patched up earlier this week.

When I hit "PLAY", the patcher thinks for a second then crashes with the "submit bug" dialog.

Windows 8.
I do have it set to run as Administrator.

Here are the contents of that dialog box.

EDIT : I should also note that I did run a "repair" and it completed 100%.

    Solved this.
    Fresh install of video drivers from NVIDIA fixed the issue.
