Serpent disdain and nutanak not working together? [nvm debuffs aren't Status effect]

The 16s status time increase from Serpent's disdain doesn't affect Nutanak's Major brittle uptime, is it intended?
If yes does it mean any proc set based status effect is incompatible with that set?
NVM after some digging debuff aren't counted as status effect so its just confusing
