Why is minor mangle uincleansable?

I don’t think it is cleans able because it’s similar to hemorrhage (bleed effect). That’s my theory though

The shampoos available simply clean and do not address the issue of minor tangles.

Nope I can be out of anyones range with a mangle effect that lasts about 19 seconds and can't cleanse it

Hey can you please tell me why this is the case? It's probably a bug from kynmarcher, the ulti or the set that increases status effect times?

I mean an almost permanent 10% reduce in health HAS to be bugged

*EDIT* Ok so I am 100% sure it's from a set. Last battleground a warden hit me with ONE light staff attack then ran away and applied several buffs that all lasted 19 secs AND minor mangle was the only one that wasn't cleansed. So it has to be Serpent's Disdain that is bugged
