ToT - The RNG game

You guys really need to redo all of the decks, the fact that you can get unlucky enough to never draw combos or the opposing player just gets unbelievably lucky and is granted 2-4 cards in a row from the tavern that will completely destroy you because you aren't getting combos for more coin like they are. I understand that everything can be used to your advantage but there are some sets that you literally just can't beat using advantage or not. Red & purple need to be nerfed tremendously.

Simple steps to make it less RNG dependent and more strategic, as it is advertised:
First turn you get only treasury coins, so it's not like 'omg I got fortify now I can't buy X or our put that power to any use'
Preview next card in tavern, you can't take it, but you know it comes next
Possibly, "suit" of next card after that, but maybe not

Right now, the fact that consequences of your actions are 100% undetermined is absolutely nuts. Remove a card just to get the same one in it's place? Buy it to deny, just to get upgraded version of it? Please.

I don't think that ToT is that random as many people think it is, but there sure is some degree if randomness akin to basically every deckbuilder.

The simplest solution to increase or decrease the RND factor is to decrease or increase the number of Cards in the tavern respectively. If you have, for instance, 8 cards in the Tavern, the risk that one player gets Armory or Midnight Raid on turn 1 and the other player gets nothing equally or at least nearly as powerful is much lower.

I'm not saying, this game needs that, I think, it is fine as it is as more cards in the Tavern would also increase the length of turns and would also somewhat overwhelm new players.

That's the premise behind card games.
You can have perfect play and still lose. Every other card game in existence follows the same rules. It's possible for you to play perfectly and still lose, but the better you are the less likely that is to occur.

Of course, having your opponent draft Rally and The Armory and still lose... does happen <3
