HOW TO GET ALL CARD UPGRADES

There are eight decks with four upgradeable cards each

There are two cards per deck that are upgraded by following the sixteen card clues that drop randomly from Tribute reward coffers.

There is one card per deck that has a random chance of being auto-upgraded after you finish a match; this can happen after NPC matches or PVP matches, though this may be tied to gaining a rank. Either way just keep playing and these will eventually unlock.

There is one card per deck that is upgraded for finishing that deck's "use the patron 10 times in matched play" achievements. If you don't want to tank your rank, these can be done in casual queued matches.

i feel like the achievements need to be updated to explicitly state that they cannot be progressed while playing against NPCs

as far as i can tell several of the tribute achievements are bugged such as playing matches in certain zones, ive definitely played against NPCs in at least 4 of those zones, but its only counted eastmarch (which i dont believe i played any matches at)

That specific achievement progresses with the three questline tournament matches, not NPC / PVP matches.

if they only progress with those specific quests, it should still state that, ive been playing many matches against npcs and virtually none of those quests have made any progress, even though they dont state any specific requirements (just "use X patron ability 10 times" or "use treasury 10 times")

with the way the achievements are worded, i have been assuming that its just bugged
