Zeal of Zenithar - Include Master Writ XP

From what I've read so far the event will boost inspiration for crafting and award the Master Writ completion with the "prize crates". But, as someone who has all the crafting skills already maxed out, I would very much like to earn 2X XP on the Master Writ turn-ins.
Can it be confirmed that this is going to be part of the event, and if not, could it be added?
(And of course announcing the date of the event would be nice too)
