ESO Crashing on launch- Tried to submit ticket three different times and it won't allow me to submit

I attempted to submit a ticket 3 different times. It literally submits, takes me to a page that says "Your ticket number is" blank. It gives me no ticket number and I have no tickets in the support tab open. It's really ridiculous that I can't even submit a ticket about my issue, I have on video that I can't even submit a ticket.

I've spent a lot of time attempting to fix this issue and I can't event submit a ticket about it. How are people supposed to get technical support for a problem if we can't even ask for help the way we're supposed to be able to?

I can't run ESO. I launch the game, the logo starts, and then it crashes.

Steps I've taken-
Ran repair
Deleted all addons and related files
Did a fresh reinstall (twice)
Updated Nvidia drivers
Updated Windows 11
Ran a sfc check, sfc came back fine
Checked network settings/firewall settings to ensure ESO was accepted
Attempted to run ESO via the executable in game files, still same result.

    Hi there!

    When you're submitting the ticket through the site, what flow options are you following? Also, do you have any ad-blocking programs currently installed? This can often times effect the ticket submission.

    Submit a ticket- Technical support- Windows- My game is crashing- Black screen crash(since my option isn't there to choose)- Continue to Submit Ticket.

    I don't use an ad blocker since I have no need for it. I have no extensions enabled.
