Stamsorc 2H/2H PVE theorycrafting

I want to build an off-meta stamsorc for solo arenas, the idea is to use DSA battle axe on frontbar with Carve as spammable and Maelstrom greatsword on backbar with stampede as main aoe (+ caltrops). No mytics, just 5+5 and arena weapons.

Any idea about 2 sets I could pair?

That's basically what Frost Warden does with Destro.

For Stam Sorc though, Relequin and Kinras? Aegis is also fun.

depending on how much medium armour you're wearing (i go 7 medium on my stam sorc) you're gonna be hurting for crit chance, especially since you're passing on dual wield and its dagger crit chance, so you're gonna want to put your focus on raising that

i think you'd definitely want tzogvin, which drops in frostvault. i can't remember how much crit chance it gives exactly as a percentage, but combined with the 2 and 3 piece bonus you easily get over 10% crit chance just from this set, and you free up a slot on your bar since there's no need for beast trap.

after that, leviathan is a safe, but probably sub optimal choice. advancing yokeda is always good but a trial set so that comes down to how easily and how willing you are to farm trial gear...

you get the idea, anyway. i think the most blatant weakness this build will have is the lack of crit chance, so patching that up becomes pretty important

My 2H/2H stamsorc uses Leviathan, and Briarheart for the heals. Probably not optimal, but works okay for me.
