What is this bow sorc build I keep hearing about?

I’ve yet to see the actual build, but I keep seeing people talk about it. What exactly is it?

Edit: I can't vouch for how good this build is , as I don't play Sorc.

I've rarely played a sorc so I can't really comment. However, I fought (only in BGs) the guy who published the build: a very strong sorc indeed!! It may be him being very good at it but if I was to follow a build I'd definitely ask him.

It's not only him, guildmates of his also play bowsorcs from time to time, they bragged that they formed 4 bowsorc group once lul.

With new patch crystal weapon bowsorcs get insane buff.

Easy, take a sorc and use two bows.

You play it like a mag sorc minus the staves. Bow, crystal weapon, and haunting curse for ranged burst. Maybe add mages wrath for more burst. Can work with stat sets, crit sets, penetration sets, or proc sets. You leverage speed for defense and hit and run attacks.

Negatives, really, really bad healing and defense and it is basically single target only.

The exact same build works very well, at least for me, on my Necromancer. Slightly slower, but much better healing and defense. The trade off is crystal weapon is an instant ranged burst, whereas Blastbones may decide to just not work.

Are you talking about way of the fire and savage werewolf? Seen a bunch in this.

Way of Fire, that's a good one. I have not used for a while. Savage Werewolf seems to be the new "secret" set for Bowsorc, but I think it is a bit over rated. Basically it buffs each light attach by ~1K damage, and applies 2-3 status. Nice on a sorc because you are heavily dependent on light attacks for crystal and bound armaments.
