Crown Store Sky Shards Should be House Deco.

The crown store skyshards should be house deco that allows those that have one or two characters that have gained that zone sky shard achievement to unlock it on the rest of the alts. this would greatly benefit those in guilds or craft houses. Its simply not ethical to have to purchase it PER character when characters already have the achievement. Make the crown store skyshard deco that can be placed in homes and useable for those with mains that have the zone skyshard clear.
