I have two Charged Lucents in my Inventory / Quest Items. Now I am supposed to use them to Discharge Labrums to be able to use Portal to Balcony. I have done quest when it went alive in consoles. Now I can progress. What I am doing wrong? I just watched a video where someone did excatly what I explained above. Why is it not working for me? Thanks.
