Last Ambition questline bugged

While doing the "Last Ambition" questline I reached the stage where you required to speak to Eveli Sharp-Arrow after examining the Ambitions living area. I had to logout for a brief period and when I logged back in there wasn't an option to speak with Eveli. I logged out completely and upon coming back in I was still unable to interact with her. I logged into the character on another computer to see if it was a possible file issue and the issue persisted.

Now being the brilliant lad that I am I thought to myself "Self, why don't you just abandon the quest, go back to Fargrave and speak with Lyranth to restart the quest?" I do so and return to The House of Whims and see the indicator that Lyranth has a quest available and proceed upstairs to start it over. To my surprise Lyranth is no where to be found. Again I logged into the character from the other computer and again, nothing has changed.

What I am wondering is will I have to wait for a server reset to possibly restart the prologue questline or is this a known bug with the quest and the subsequent abandoning of it. Any thoughts, insight or "man you are a *** for abandoning it" are welcome.

did this ever get fixed? i'm in the same situation. i mean... clearly it's not fixed. but is there a way to pick the quest back up if you have to abandon?

i couldn't get it to work. sent in a ticket. no response. gave up, dropped the quest. lyranth was waiting for me by the wayshrine in fargrave and i was able to pick it back up and get through it with no issues
