Kicked out of Cyrodiil despite faction not pop locket

Every time i log out in Cyrodiil i log in outside of Cyrodiil even if it was only a disconnect and i am back in a minute and my faction has only 1 bar and doesnt need the place and 10 seconds before the game told me that I cant login because i am already logged in. This is just annoying and unnecessary.

Also the Cyrodiil map is often delayed and doesnt work outside Cyrodiil. One time i saw my faction sieging 1 keep and when i entered Cyrodiil they had taken 4 keeps. And often it doesnt show colour of the keeps, all keeps are just white.
