What does one stack of Kinra's get you?

Burning Heart. Ok but...what does that do for you? I tested and it looks like nothing until 5 stacks....is this the case?

If you are using Berserking Warrior on a stam build, be sure to have Deadly Cloak on a Dual Wield setup or Stampede on a 2H setup
