Q: Sweeps weaving on dummy

Hi,
Little background: I started to play ESO end of January and first made a healer so I could "learn" the game from distance.
When the jester event was live I decided to level & gear a DD (magplar). I've been parsing for at least 2 weeks now and through the help of my guild & Skinny Cheeks videos I saw big improvement in damage on the trial dummy. I'm more or less happy with the result until now (steady 95-98k).
But no matter how hard I try, after killing the trial dummy my sweeps is at 0.24-0.28 in CMX.
Yesterday I came to the conclusion that I'm just not weaving good enough on sweeps and it is best to stop for a moment and try to only practice the LA+sweeps, so I made the switch to the 3 mill dummy and first try on it my sweeps is at 0.15 in CMX.
I was surprised and tried it again two times on the 3 mill dummy and result is the same (0.15) ...
How can this be different vs the trial dummy?
I'm so confused and hoping that someone can help me to understand this.
