I'm still getting kicked out of the game to the log-on screen, still getting either of these messages:
"An error has occurred..." (no number)
"Lost Lobby Connection" (Error 334)
The kick-off events can happen any time, but they are most common when I am either fast-traveling or entering/exiting a place such as an outlaw hideout.

goatlyonesub17_ESO✭✭✭✭The two error messages usually alternate. However, it has happened that I got kicked off and saw the "An error occurred..." message, and, when I tried to log on again, I was disconnected again and saw the "Lost Lobby Connection" message.

Yes, it is still working - what it changed for me was my latency - My latency before changing this setting was -999 in the red, now it is I think 50...0 -

what I should mention though too, is before this patch my latency was fine even before changing this setting. Then after the patch I was getting all the error messages you mentioned which disappeared today when I followed what @NicGroover mentioned to do.

goatlyonesub17_ESO✭✭✭✭I played for about 15 minutes, then the same old routine began happening again, only THIS time I was placed back in the QUEUE to wait for logging on.
It happened three times, and then a fourth time, except instead of Lost Lobby Connection, I saw the "An error has occurred..." message. And I had to wait in the queue every time before I could log on.
