Error - 326 PC EU server "Main character is currently locked"

After installing the update today (03.28.22) I was playing eso for 20-30 minutes, when suddenly small lags and friezes began while collecting ingredients in Blackwood area, then the game crashed into the start menu, and when I tried to restart, an error message appeared: 326 - "character is currently locked".

I've raised a ticket to the support as instruction suggests: 220328-001264
Please review this case!!!

I'm not a cheater, if some lags occurred due to the fault of the provider, unstable connection or some other error - it's not my fault. Please unlock my main character. Without it, there is no point in continuing evolve others. As is no desire either.
