Activity Finder to take us into a dungeon doesn't always take everyone in

Primarily on EU, but had seen a few times on NA .. we use activity finder to do a dungeon and it'll take 2 maybe 3 people in but not all 4 .. just happened this morning again. the other people have to fast travel to the other members. Yes its mostly an annoyance as you can FT in .. but seems like this should not be a big fix .. didn't always do it .. so something changed to cause it ..

    It's happened to me about a half dozen times on PC-NA now.

    Yep, this is happening on PS4 NA too.
