I'm having that exact same issue... I'm not bothering to try to log out now... just keeping the task manager up. You get an 'that account is logged in already' once or twice, then you're back in.

I'm not sure zone population has anything to do with it. I'm trying to port to Tideholm, and the loading screen is also very slow. Still spinning at the moment. This is coming from Blackwood which had a lot of players running around doing their daily crafting writs.

I'm having all the above issues too.

Extremely long "dragon circle" load screens, of at *least* 6 minutes, if not even 15 minutes, no matter where I'm coming from or zoning to, including in and out of dungeons. Complete failure to logout whatsoever, requiring me to end task. And now I'm stuck totally at "Requesting Character Load" or whatever it is.

Sorry, not sorry, but this is completely UNACCEPTABLE. We've been patient this entire week waiting for today's maintenance to see some progress, but it's now far far worse.

I think I speak for most, if not all, but if you have to, take the servers back offline and do not put them up again until you FIX these crippling issues.

Same, first log in was normal. Zone changes were normal (DLC to DLC zone - not sure if that matters or not). Thinking that I'm special and the sun is shining just for me, tried to wayshrine it to Alik'r and got stuck in a loading screen for 10 minutes. Closed the application from desktop and figured they are probably going to push something soon to fix this. I hope. Because... Doing writs like this won't be fun at all.

I would have been been happier just being told they were shutting down for a week, instead of being glued to my monitor for hours on end just to do my writs. At least then I would know what to expect!

edit to add: I got in earlier and I saw character slots are on sale. I have to ask. Why would I want to buy more slots when I cannot even load the ones I got lately?
