Still crashing-No Addons or Mods

I read the update today, and the support article on the crashes since the update. My friend is hasnt used addons in months (and never mods), and is still experiencing the crashes. The only thing the link today gave as an excuse for these crashes was to disable mods and addons. No other options on what to do. Is anyone else experiencing the same problems with no addons?

If you got multithreading enabled,try disabling,it can help alot for some,especially if less than 6 cores on cpu.

Are you still running into issues with crashing?

If so, have you tried a complete reinstall of ESO?

I crashed once last night in rockgrove, but so did others, So I'm not sure if thats on me. I havent played much outside of trials or tried a complete reinstall.
