projectile based attack? Like Swallow Soul, light attacks (except resto stave) proc bow? Snipe is worst by far. Yeah, it can be busted.
100% crit chance is only and only while you are cloacked when projectile reach the target.

If I hit shadowy and moved while attacking, I rarely crit. Like less than 50%.
The big problem with this is that PLAYERS ARE MOBILE. I'm getting tired of attacking people on the move and failing to crit. It's honestly game breaking at this point.
Previous patch I wrote mechanical, and before that I ran flat damage + pen builds. So maybe it's always been this way and I didn't have to deal with it. But now I do since MA was ruined and trying to run flat damage and pen makes you do basically no damage to most of these builds.
Anyone have any tips on this?

The fix for this is easy, IMO, and it can even incorporate changes people were asking for:
1. Make invis have a cooldown (But increase its duration to say 7-10 seconds);
2. Make it so that using ranged attacks while invis don't break invis;
3. make it so ONLY the first hit is guaranteed to be critical.
doing this would make it a lot easier to attack parties "from invis," give you time to line up the perfect shot.
