Berserker Strike goes right through people without damaging them???

It's happened a whole lot tonight. I suspect it's one of those position desync things but my skill activates so how can they not actually be there? What's going on. It's really tiresome spending my ultimate and not even hitting the person in front of me.

Usually when an Ultimate misfires you should keep your ultimate points. Are you sure you didn't hit anything, you might have hit an Engine Guardian pet or a critter instead. That's why I don't use Dragon Leap anymore.
