you know how you look in your map and it lists all the zones..is there something that would list the cities of all the zones or maybe all the major cities..i have a heck of a time tryig to remember where i need to go for something or want to go for something..but always have to look it up then go in game from there.

Not that I know off, and there also is no API to detect cities and if they are the capital cities... One would have to hardcode this in any addon and it would always need updates for every change/added zones.

You get used to the capital cities pretty mich as there are not that much.

If you need to visit some cities more often yu can use the addon "Harvens Custom Map Pins" and create your own pins at the cities on the maps, including your own comment text. This helps myself if I want to mark any place on the map with some info for myself.
