Corrupted save file

Since today , everytime i join a group and the moment I get the loadingscreen for the dungeon my game crashes. When it crashes I get a corrupted save file message. After that when I end up in my account with only 1 level 1 character. After deleting the save file and a couple of login ins and delting it again I get all my characters back . But as soon as i tru to run a dungeon with a group it starts all over again. To make it even more fun, when i try to submit a support ticket here , I keep getting the message invalid password /userid. Even when I reset the password I still get the same message of invalid. Tried with psn account name , with forum name and even with former psn account name. No difference.

I finally been able to submit a ticket on the site . But never got an reply to that. My accoun t seems to be ok again for now . So its fine for now . Im not really playing much atm because of all the ingame bugs and horrible performance since the event started.But ty for the reply .
