From my understanding, she is a part of Zos's team, what capacity I do not know. But I do know that is Rich Lambert, the creative director siting next to her...

This is insane. The game was sold on pvp from day one. It's where players go when they get tired of running the same PvE content for the millionth time. Players that might go elsewhere stay because when it works, it's the best pvp in gaming. Unfortunately it's rare that the game actually does function at an acceptable level.

Tonight in BR on XB NA. Everything was working fine until EP pop locked. Just EP. AD had 2 bars and blue had 1.

You couldn't cast any skill without a delay. Channeled acceleration would take 3 seconds to clear. Or skills wouldn't fire all all. This is the performance I'd expect on GH with all factions locked.

BTW, GH is even worse than normal. What is going on?

As a pure pvp player i find this kind of behaviour really respectless, unprofessional and embaressing.

How can these person represent the devs of a company like zos, which is meanwhile owned by microsoft ?

They literally make jokes about a big community, i play the game only because of pvp and that is how much they care about people like me.

At this point i will cancel my ESO Plus which is running since 2015.

They will never apologize for that behaviour and they wont change anything about the state of the game, because they dont have sympathy, as told.

If no one told me that she was not a dev for Elder Scrolls Online, then I would have kept assuming that she was a dev for ESO because she presents herself from a position of authority and as part of the team when she says "because I KNOW they are working on it".

The issue is her attitude towards a portion of the customer base for this game. I personally find this appalling and have cancelled my ESO+ Sub and will be moving towards other means of entertainment.

I refuse to give my money to a company who takes proverbial dumps on their customers.

So she's neither official, nor working in an official capacity. (In context, the question asker brought up PVP issues during a question about accessibility issues, hence the "Nice try" bit.)

Though for Rich, personal stream doesn't exactly mean private, especially when he's got a habit of taking questions about ESO and giving out information to players.

At this point i think a simpel "sorry" is not enugh.

i would like to get some real communication between the devs and US the community.
Make a statement in form of a forum post or a video where you give us some information about the current state so we can still belive in the "we are working on it" phrase.

- Where is the proplem ?, give us some technical information even tho most of the community will not understand it.
- how many ppl are working on it ?, or is it one guy giving in 5h a week ?
- What are the plans if you cant fix it in a resonable time ? a new PvP map ?,
- do the Devs expect perfomance increase with the new servers ?
...
...

If you want to have a happy community/customers you need to COMMUNICATE with them !! (happy means ppl spend money)

I guess you know that yourself but putting that lady in front of a camara and letting her say something like that is a big PR flaw. As long as there is such a bad performace and no communication ppl will always ask/complain where ever they have the feeling to get heared by some Devs.

As most of us know, the problems with PVP have been ongoing for YEARS and things have become worse over time. PVP is a pillar of this game. She’s not a dev and doesn’t speak for ZOS, but she is the wife of the creative director taking questions on his stream.

Respect is a two way street. This was condescending on her part, with Rich right there, and is only going to exacerbate the hard feelings in the community around PVP.
