The game is painted when I enter the battle (dungeon or trial)

When the battle starts, I start to damage and the game crashes, this happens only in trials and dungeons, I restart, but I see error 304 (they entered my account from another computer) and I need to wait a couple of minutes to enter the game, continue the dungeon / trial (if I was not kicked) and after a while again catch a possible crash. I turned off add-ons, multithreaded rendering too, remove files "UserSettings and "ShaderCashe" and it didn't help
