I can't even log in properly... was getting server lag and disconnected after choosing toon... now it says booted from server when trying to log in O.o

Edit: log in, choose toon, game appears to be loading then times out back to sign in... my internet is a steady 60 mbps and it wasn't doing this earlier

It's probably worth stating your platform and server. I've had no issues XBOX EU.

Just logged off PC/EU. Lag is terrible today. CTD'd as well. I'm playing from Oceania region which automatically gives me a high ping. Today is worse than normal.

I’m on pc-na, I’ve been getting huge lag spikes every 2-3 minutes, all morning. In overland, dungeons, and vma. What is going on?!?

To clarify, my ping is usually 40ms-50ms, but today it’s been spiking to 600-800ms every few minutes. As a result, skills sometimes won’t fire. This is annoying af.

Lag is absolutely insane lately, on both PC-EU and PC-NA. Frame drops, crashes, ping spikes of extra severity left and right, in overland, dungeons, trials, arenas, you name it, there is a staggering amount of all of it. I'm done investing in this game until this is sorted out to be perfectly honest. It's been a steady decline in performance since Greymoor and it's not looking like it's going to become better any day soon, and we're getting absolutely no word on performance improvements these days and there was little to no official evaluation of the performance improvements and for instance PVP experiments taking place in the past 3 years. They managed to shave off so much spaghetti with the Elsweyr "year of improvements" which helped for only a month or two, only to apparently proceed to fill it up again with even more spaghetti; it's to the point where it's beginning to feel like a grift, sadly.

Yup some lag in PVP/PVE PC-NA...but no more than usual....
If I get a ping under 100 is it a miracle though....

Having the same issues on PC NA since maintenance.

From Japan, busy towns and PvE (Trial and GD) are 190 pings, but Cyrodiil in combat is over 300 pings.
Is Cyrodiil's server sleep or sick?

I've experienced lag on PC-NA lately. Usually I don't experience problems. Stuff like freezing in combat for a few seconds. Going to harvest a node, and I start, and then I stop, and then I have to initiate again. A delay between deconstructing/ item creation and the action being completed. Having to initiate combat with NPCs twice or more before they respond. Something's definitely going on.

heard there was a bug with a nvidea driver causing lag so try updating them in case its that

I'm in the US and play on the EU server. I've noticed that I have about a half-second more roundtrip lag than my EU rivals while farming crafting nodes. They see the node spawn 1/4 of a second before I do. Their E-for-grab-it gets to the server 1/4 of a second quicker than mine does. I've had the experience of seeming to reach the node first, begin my pickaxe swing, and then have another player come up from behind me and - ***! "Someone else is using that."

We are having internet outages here due to storm, but when it is working, there are still very laggy moments, disconnects this morning. PC NA, PS NA.

I'm having the same problem from Asia region!
Kept getting Lost connection to lobby when trying to login.
I'm only able to login to the game with my VPN turned on, but i still get like 999+ ping.
My internet is fine on other games though. The issue has been ongoing for 2 days

I was having terrible lag spikes until...I started to reboot my modem every morning, and now they are gone.

Right now super huge lag on PC EU Cyrodiil. The game is unplayable.

Just been kicked out and when I login and then select char it says: 'Lobby lost connection'.

Same on PC NA as other's have stated. People return during holidays but the servers are set for the same load is my guess. Could be wrong. Lag stinks no matter the reason.
