Disconnected and Rolled back twice, PC NA and PC EU

I was questing in Stormhaven near Wayrest when I lost connection. When I logged back in my progress had rolled back to a quest I had completed earlier. One of my guildmates had the same thing happen to him at the same time.

✭✭✭✭✭Well I took a chance and quested in Stormhaven without incident today, so maybe it has resolved. It would be nice, though, to know why this happened, and hopefully prevent it in the future.
