Sound Stuttering When Riding Certain Mounts

I've noticed sound stuttering especially near water and when it is raining when riding atronach style mounts. I'm currently using the Wild Hunt Horse on my warden character and the stuttering occurs when I move my mount. Standing still, the sound is fine. But when I move/sprint near water or when it is raining the sound stutters. This only happens when riding atronach mounts (Storm Atronach Horse, Iron Atronach Horse, etc). Anyone else have this issue? Any recommendations on how to fix this? It's not game breaking, just really annoying.

I've had issues with the sound stuttering during dragon fights in northern elsweyr on Xbox. Haven't experienced it with any mounts but I also rarely use them.

It's still stuttering two years later Xbox especially near water or rain.xbox series x

Still stuttering. Especially with other stuff around like waterfall sounds etc.
