So after this new patch im quite often getting screen freezes that last from like 2 seconds to sometimes even 5 seconds, wondering if anyone else has/had this issue and what might be causing it?

Maybe try disabling Multithreading? This patch changed it to default to "on", so could be that's a problem for your setup?

Disabled that, still got the freezing

Ouch. Well, I'm not having the problem (and my machine is nearly 8 years old including a seriously antique NVIDIA GTX 960) - I don't have DLSS or whatever it is active because the GPU's too old; did you try disabling that if it's active?

You might post your specs so people who are brighter about machines than I am could help.

Such freezes usually happen due overheating (GPU or CPU). Also the game was changed in a way where it is able to utilize your hardware better resulting in higher possible heat, while it didnt utilize it fully in the past. Thats the reason why people have much better FPS now.

But if its such a problem then something is wrong with your hardware and some other (not all, because they dont utilize your hardware the same) games could cause the same problem.

I had one last night, I play PS4 and have never had lag even in Cyrodiil. Last night the game just froze for several seconds and zoning takes a LONG time now. Prior to Deadlands going live no troubles.

I've seen it twice now, then it all runs and catches up. Not sure if it's graphics or network connection related but it's definitely there. I've not tried without addons to fin dout if it's an add -on that's the offender.
