hard crash only on eso

Hi, since wednesday my pc is doing this on eso:

On wednesday during raid happened 3 times. On thursday and friday didn't raid and did only the current event, without any issue. Since then i did update gpu drivers, tried multiple benchmark tests on gpu, tested ram, scanned ssd for errors.
Things i didn't do are repairing eso, reinstalling eso, reinstalling windows..
Today during normal playing happened again, but slightly different:

No big artifacts, but as u can see on the left side the picture moves a bit.

What can it be? I used the pc during these days on other things and didn't experience crashes.
