Regarding blackwood purchase

I own blackwood dlc on my ps5 but im wondering if it matters how you came to own the DLC as i purchased a redeem code online but regardless i own the blackwood dlc it says purchased ingame (but in the PLAYSTATION STORE it still available for purchase) even though i own it..... Am i still eligible for the rewards same as everyone else

If you own it, and have access to the content in-game, I´d say that you are eligible.

If your ESO account has the Blackwood entitlement you are eligible for rewards. You can contact customer support if you run into any issues.
