Xbox/EU: Forming a new vet trial progression group - lf dd's

I'm forming a new vet trials prog group and looking for friendly, patient and helpful players. I'm looking to create a long term, stable, regular group of 12 for long term vet trial progression. This isn't just to progress through one trial, it's all of them on hardest difficulties. If you're interested, PM me on xbox - "Captain Raj" (yup, there is a space in there, I know, don't know how I managed that)
So, what we're looking for:
1. Minimum of 1000CP. If you're close, still get in touch and we'll help you get there
2. Friendly, nice, patient, helpful and good people - actually, this should be point 1. It's the most important thing.
3. Willing to learn and/or improve if you need to
4. We're not setting a baseline on DPS, but you should understand how to correctly damage. If you don't, that's okay, but you have to be willing to learn. We want to aim to throw an average of 65k dps through the entire group - that's quite easy to do. If you're not there, but want to get there, get in touch and we can help.
5. Willing to go through all trials, learn the mechanics or show others
6. Willing to do the mechanics in the trials - we're not looking for rotation robots
That sounds like a job listing.
This is the bit that makes me sound entitled:
1. If you're just after completion of one vet trial, this isn't for you
2. If you're not patient, quit early, get annoyed or angry or start throwing around blame, this isn't for you
3. If you've "done it all, this is boring, the game is rubbish, I'm the best", this isn't for you.
4. If your dps is better than everyone's but can't show us because that toon is in the garage, this isn't for you
Ping me a message if you sound interested. We're aiming for Tuesdays and one of Friday or Saturday. There is a guild, but you don't have to join, and I'm setting up a discord channel.
