Did something happen to EU BG?

Nobody used proc sets this evening. Not a single person.

Games were very nice, no instant deaths or locked for 5 seconds and die, enemies' break-free also worked half of time (sometimes too fast though, like instantly).

Is ZOS experimenting something or everyone just got bored with proc sets?

In BG new proc set are usually less powerful since you can't rely on lag to make these set unavoidable

I hit DA all the time, or maybe just me

There were also several who combined charge stun with Hrothgar. Wasn't deadly but hit as hard as free ultimates.
