golden weapon is not enchanted and materials disappeared

So guys, I'm a little confused. I just I improved a staff Maelstrom staff to golden quality, and when I closed the woodworking station menu, my materials were gone and the staff was still blue.
I used 8 of the materials to make the weapon golden. Is this a bug currently happening to anyone else?
[EDIT] lol, I went off and back in the game, and it was fixed, weird, but ok
