No Proc No Hammer Additional Working Sets

There was a player in the PTS forums that had noticed certain sets continued to work in no-proc on the PTS even though they weren't in the patch notes list from ZOS. https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/580810/no-proc-no-cp-set-list#latest


Anyone know if Heartland Conqueror is working in no-proc or not? New Moon Acolyte? Champion of the Hist? Shalks? Any others found to be working?

I'm on Xbox 99% of the time not my PC account, so I'm not easily able to gear up and test on PC live atm.

Shalks and Champion of the Hist are both on the list provided by Zenimax in the Patch Notes and should work (I've not heard of any set which is on the list, but not working). Chudan and Slimecraw are also on the list and working of course. I can confirm that Malacath and Ring of the Wild Hunt both work. I think many players have missed the list further down in the patch notes - causing some confusion about sets like Chudan and Hist which were supposed to work anyway.

I was told New Moon Acolyte, Gaze of Sithis and Heartland Conquereror are working, but I could not test myself yet. Those are not on any list provided by ZOS so far.

Those circumstances have been reported during the PTS, but ZOS still provided us incomplete patch notes and not a comprehensive, complete list of all the sets which would be working. I hope you will get one for release on Xbox and PS! At least I would expect a complete player-sourced list in the next few days, probably some content creator is already working on it. Would make a nice youtube video with a clickbait title, "The Sets Zenimax doesn't want you to know about" or something more catchy ^^.

Ah, I should compare the list with the final patch notes then vs. the PTS notes too.

@ZOS_GinaBruno are there more sets working than what was listed in the patch notes? There are some reports that there may be.

All of the sets that you ask about are working - and that's a good thing.

Ravenwatch is currently in a good place when it comes to the roster of functioning sets on offer.

I'm just trying to get an accurate list to help prepare my guild mates when the patch hits Xbox.

I tested and this sets works.

The Thing about sithis is, the Blockmitigation work too. I hope its a bug : P

Yep, that's where I had missed some. Definitely keep the reports coming though for other ones that are found to be 'working but not mentioned in the notes'.

Powerfull Assault was working during the No-Proc test. They have changed how it works slightly, but it might still work.



Also some sets only seemed to work if you entered Cyrodiil while wearing it, might be something to keep in mind while testing.

Are you saying that block mitigation is not being reduced to 0?
