start riding since multi thread on and i'm on desktop and game not running and only launcher up

at least 3 times in 2 hours i mount up start to move and am on my desktop instantly game vanished no freeze, lag, nothing just instant gone and just launcher on desktop. but not any warning lag or stutter just vanishes as soon as i pressed W to move. Pity game didnt move that fast. on pc eu so as i put the rendering multithread beta on its just started so am not sure if its to do with that. Will have to try it tomorrow with it off and see if i get same error. just wanted to see if anyone else getting same bug

Have you tried any troubleshooting so far?

i tried the view distance down and seemed better but as soon as in trial or big groups just keeps crashing. so turned it off and still had odd ones and since have altered some graphics settings and now is ok but its off now but game as stables as i have seen in ages since i turned it off and swapped some graphics settings. so seems as if its timing issues across the multi cores when heavy loads as when i looked at my task manager my games cpu was topping at 100% so was either so overloading it or overheating it and cuts out i think. its better fps but is way more load on my cpu not reducing it. but better fps i agree but cannot run for more than 45 mins tops and sometimes was 10 mins it kept crashing. i have older AMD cpu from over 5 years and 1060 gpu so not great setup but cannot run it on for long

@ZOS_BillE today its been 2 times i crashed straight to desktop and not had the renderer beta on for last week now. this time i was doing a survey so got 1 node and then i crashed straight to desktop so when i logged back in the other 5 survey nodes have gone as the game sees you log out and so they vanish. so now am i just to let the surveys build up as i am likely to lose half of these now with it crashing. also please check if those dxdiag pages are accessable if not will screenshot and send again

Thank you for the screenshots showing your system specifications.

Have you tried lowering the resolution in ESO to see how that affects the crashes you've been getting?
