new update reduced fps

Why is the game so slow now? I was used to play safely at 60fps until yesterday. Today I got a big update, I didn't change any settings, system, hardware, and now, even on battlegrounds I get around 20 to 40 fps. I already did a repair, no addons and reduced the view distance a lot. I have no idea what was changed but the game seems horrible now. :\

I keep finding my video settings are resetting randomly. Specifically view distance and particle effects. I have everything else on ultra, but have to keep reducing these back down.

Yesterday 110 fps in Vivec City - today 43!

Meanwhile I just found out that activating "multithreaded rendering" on video setting makes the game run like it was before the update. I'm now playing with 60fps again.

Looks like the update added that option and it is disabled by default now, that's why it was running so slow.

Thanks for letting us know how you've increased FPS by activating multithreaded rendering. This thread is being closed since the issue was resolved.
