Set's aren't the deciding factor, skill is. Not to mention, a lot of good PVP sets are craftable. Nothing stopping you from getting a guild mate to craft them for you, or purchasing them from the guild store. Your issue with PVP (as it is
with the majority of people that come to the forums to winge about their PVP experience) is a PEBCAK issue. Feel free to google it.

You are totally wrong. Not only are sets the deciding factor in PvP but also master weapons and other rare items that give players an advantage. It is not about skill in this game. If that were the case you can put anyone in a crafting set and things will be balanced. No that all ended when they created imbalanced PvP sets and CP. SWTOR is balanced there is only 1 set for your class and playstyle and everyone runs it. This is how ESO should be. It’s way too imbalanced they need to nerf all the sets and only introduce one PvP set per class. Then will see who is skilled.

Pretty much this. I personally don't think stamplar is easy. It needs to be played aggressively and IMO has a very active healing regime, which I am finding it hard to adjust to (I mostly play other classes). It was considered close to the top by some people a few patches ago, though. Some people also swear by the purge.I recently adviced on a non-dlc setup for a guildmate for stamplar.
You can get deadly and craft stuhns, use DSA DW backbar and something like selene on monster helm. The setup is not *ideal* but it is very close to what would be stamplar meta gear anyway.

That's just elitism. Why would new players even want to see who's skilled or not?
I don't have skills and by the time I acquire them pro players will become even better. I'll always be at disadvantage in a fair fight.
My sets is the only thing that gives me a chance to be useful in PvP. If some people don't feel they need power armor to win, it's their choice, but I'll wear them anyway and keep looking for even better sets.
