Calculations for ESO Damage Output

Hi All,
I've always wondered how the displayed damage outputs are computed because there seems to be no direct relationship between the character stats and the outputs.
After much Googling and mathematical exploration, I've figured out the methodology and have put together a few PDF's trying to illustrate the process with proper calculations.
