Impossible to give light and heavy blows with a character

For several months now, I have a necromancer character who can't do light and heavy hits. Basically it is unusable. I have opened three tickets and no solution was given to me by the technical service. They promised me that my problem would be passed on to the developers who would release a patch to fix it. This made me laugh a lot but of course nothing was ever developed except for smoke and mirrors. I followed all the recommendations of the technical department sent a video but for nothing...

I uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. And this is the only character out of the nine characters I have that has this bug...

I sent a message on Gina Bruno's Twitter which went unanswered. Thanks for the courtesy...

I offered to delete this character and re-create a new one if the technical service would put back my character with the maximum in riding, stamina, charge and level 50 that I've hard earned during several months. Never got an answer (normal...).

I pay every year for a game that should be functional but it is not and I feel cheated.

What can I do if the TESO technicians cannot or will not do anything about my problem?

I have offered to create a new character (necromancer, the same as the one that is causing the problem) on the condition that I get him up to level 50 with maximum speed, stamina and mount load (I have spent several months building these up) but no response to this proposal, which would be the easiest and fairest if my problem cannot be resolved.
