I'm looking for an addon or keystroke that makes moving lots of items in and out of the bank or trunks a lot faster. A way to click on all the items you want moved and then one more click and they go.

Use ingame vanilla UI inventory filters to filter to the items you want to move (e.g. 1hd waeapons) and then use "DoItAll" to move the items to/from your bank.

If you need more filters install AdvancedFilters Updated, FCO ItemSaver and use the marker icons of FCOIS (can protect against moving items to/from bank if you enable the "FCOIS panel checks" within DoItAll settings) and AF plugins can help to filter further to only 1hd weapons -> swords e.g., or other filters like "by level", "by quality" etc.
