I tried making one but they keep looking like a scrawny kid running around.. re-did it 4 times.. tried going for cool.. but really wasnt. Sorry, @Grandchamp1989, I know this isn't what you were looking for as I was specifically going for the "scrawny kid", but I thought I'd leave my young Bosmer here for posterity anyway...
(P.S. Dear ZOS designers: It'd be really nice to be able to choose a Valenwood background for the character menu instead!)
