PS5 Game keeps crashing in No Shira Citadel

As the title says, game crashes in the Iron Wheel Headquarters, thus making it impossible to complete the Thieves Guild questline.
I've already tried all the solutions in the Support page and none of those offer a permanent fix; please don't link them again.
