Black Kiergo Brigand Style not coming back during Elsweyr Event?

Strange. I was hoping this style would come back to the store, since it's a decidedly Elsweyr themed Outfit style. Odd choice to not include it in the Event.

I like the Black Kiergo style a lot. I use various parts of it in a lot of my characters outfits. It's style, with others, work really well together for a general adventurer's look.
