Inventory Grid View causing UI lockup

Anyone else with this issue?
When I log in and then hit "i" to access my inventory, I get a UI error box referencing Inventory Grid View. I can dismiss the error notification but the UI stops responding. I can move but that is all. Esc does not respond, so the only way out is C-A-D, and ending the ESO task.
If I log back in and disable loading IGV before loading a toon I get no error and everything seems to work as it should.
Any ideas, or workarounds, or alternate addons that do the same job?
