Sorcerer Streak through Cyrodiil Mile Gate Wall

Recently I met a sorcerer casted steak and passed through a milegate wall right in front of me.
It seems the player knew it works and intentionally did that because the person just walked directly to the wall and casted streak.
Is it a glitch or an intended function or a cheat?

I couldn't remember exactly which gate it was... Maybe Ash...
No it was not distroyed.

✭✭✭You would of needed to have asked the sorc. I've been seeing some weird things lately and I blame glitches and position desync.

I guess it's likely a glitch and the player somehow knew how to exploit the glitch.
It's unlikely position desync / rubber banding because the person really passed through the thick large wall (not destroyed).
I could still see the sorc through the slit on the wall after the toon passing through the wall and fighting others.
There was a fight going on so I couldn't spend much time to observe. I may try later with my sorc...No improvement on Cyrodill servers -> no ESO plus renewal.0
