Highlight Hostile NPC (Xbox)

When you target hostile mobs they get an outline that highlights them. Is there anyway to have that highlight switched on permanently even when not targeted?
I ask as my eyesight has never been great and I have a hard time seeing things against a dark background and as I have got older this has only got worse. Even with brightness turned up it's difficult to see mobs and this is especially problematic for dungeons and arena content. The highlight would help a great deal in that regard.
As per title I am on Xbox so I can't solve the problem with mods if it's not possible via options. Thank you in advance for any help.
