Tamriel Trade Centre not working

As the title says, it is not working. I reinstalled it several times. It does show up in my Addons folder but when I look for it ingame, it does not show up when I look at my Addon listings. It won't show suggested prices. Anyone got an idea what's wrong?
I know I should probably go to its section on esoui but before I register there I thought, why not try it here first.
