It uses the same animation as Stonefist DK skill which can be cast on the move. It's really annoying that casting this memento (even from a quickslot) makes you stop AND lock you like a stun for like 1-1.5 seconds.
So if it uses the same animation of an almost instant cast skil (0.6 sec but can be casted on the move), could we please have the casting time removed or reduced to something like 100 ms?
